We would like to sit at the table with you – to hear what you have to say, what you can offer, what you are scared of, what you are envisioning, where you are now and where you wish to be.

EMPOWERING WOMEN INTO LEADERSHIP
We believe in the untapped potential of women in Healthcare leadership. Despite women making almost 70% of the Healthcare and social care workforce globally, women hold just 25% of senior management roles, earning 24% less than men.
It is without a doubt that global health is improved through the inclusion of female talent, views, perspectives, ideas and knowledge. Women in leadership roles in health can raise visibility, awareness and priority to pressing heath challenges, including sexual and reproductive health that, while applying to both genders, affect them disproportionately.
FHH is here to change that narrative by motivating and supporting women to climb the ladder and shatter glass ceilings by offering access to leadership mindset trainings, inspiration, job opportunities and connection with those present-day Women Health heroes in senior management positions who are proof it is possible for you too.
